Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tucson Automatic Gate Repair, an independent service-request website, handles the information you provide and the limited technical data collected when you submit a request. It reflects the systems actually in use today; it will be updated before any new tool is added.

Information you provide

When you submit a service request, the form collects your name, phone number, and the city, ZIP, or nearest cross streets, along with the property type, what the gate is doing, and how soon you need help. Optional fields may include an email address, a property address, gate movement, exterior operator brand and model, power arrangement, what changed immediately before, the person authorized to approve access and work, and a free-text description. You choose which optional fields to complete.

Attribution data

To understand how requests reach the site, a submission may include limited technical data: the landing page and current page path, the referring page, standard campaign parameters (UTM values, and Google or Microsoft click identifiers where present), and the browser user agent. This attribution data is stored with the request and is not tied to advertising profiles.

How the information is stored and shared

Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit. A submitted request may be shared with one or more third-party providers that may be able to help, which is the purpose of the form and the basis of the consent you give when submitting. When email notifications are configured, the site sends an internal notification of a new request through an email provider (Resend); no such notification is sent when that processor is not configured. This site does not sell your personal information.

Cookies and attribution storage

First-touch attribution values are kept in your browser's sessionStorage so they can accompany a request you submit in the same session; this storage clears when the browser session ends. The site does not use cookies for advertising profiling.

Analytics and call tracking

Analytics and call-tracking tools are not currently enabled, and no call recording occurs. This policy will be updated before any such tool is added.

Access credentials

The site asks you not to submit a working gate code, entry code, or alarm code, and it does not request one. Please keep live access credentials out of the form, texts, and voicemails.

Security and retention

Requests are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in the managed database described above, with access limited to operating and routing the request. Submissions are retained for as long as needed to route and follow up on the request and to meet legitimate record-keeping needs.

Your choices

You can decline to provide optional information, and you can ask about the information associated with a request you submitted. To make a request about your information, use the contact method below.

Privacy contact

Until a dedicated monitored address is published, privacy questions can be submitted through the service request form; note in the description that your message concerns privacy. This policy works together with the terms of service.
