Source hierarchy
Official government and agency sources come first — city and county development services, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Revised Statutes, the local fire authority, and federal agencies. Primary technical references, such as the DASMA technical data sheets, are cited by name for equipment and safety concepts. Competitor pages are never used as a factual basis, and the copyrighted text of a paywalled standard is never reproduced; standards are cited conceptually through the sources that summarize them. Verification dates
Dated facts carry a verification stamp. A stamp reflects the last time the underlying source was actually rechecked, so dates change only on a material recheck — not on every routine build or edit. That keeps the stamp meaningful instead of decorative.
Corrections policy
When a reader flags an error, or a recheck shows a source has changed, the affected claim is reviewed against the current official source, updated, and re-dated. Corrections can be submitted through the correction path described on the about this website page; content corrections are handled separately from anything involving a provider or a specific gate.

Content on this site is prepared with AI assistance and then reviewed against the cited official sources before it is published. AI assistance is used for drafting and structuring; it is not used to invent facts, sources, prices, or local details. Where a source does not support a statement, the statement is removed or marked as unverified.
Claims this site refuses to publish
To keep the independent, source-led role honest, this site does not publish:

- credentials, licenses, or brand authorizations it does not hold;
- fake business addresses or local presence;
- claims of availability, response times, or local experience it cannot support;
- invented local prices or "typical cost" figures; and

Symptoms may narrow the scope a provider evaluates, but this site does not diagnose which part failed on a specific gate, and it never presents disabling a safety device as an option.
